Role Description
This position is responsible for managing end-to-end packing and order planning to ensure smooth and on-time fulfillment; setting and communicating operational priorities for Manufacturing and Packaging teams; and aligning production schedules with customer requirements to support plant efficiency and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end process, including order receipt and entry, material procurement, work order release, packing, and shipment.
- Manage and coordinate packing activities in accordance with the shipping plan confirmed with customers.
- Support the management of sales orders, resolve Work Order (WO) issues on the shop floor, and replace Purchase Orders (POs) when errors occur.
- Proactively investigate and correct stock-on-hand variances to maintain buildable Work Orders (WOs), keep packing activities aligned with customer requirements, and ensure a stable workload for production lines.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, and Planning to gather all required components and ensure complete kits are ready for shipment.
- Follow up on customer priority lists and expedite overdue or urgent orders for Fulcrum, RRAU, ZUS, and ZUK.
- Support shipment availability checks and assist in handling related enquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
- College or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a background in Economics.
- No prior experience is required. Experience in planning, production, or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills being essential.
- Basic English skills.
- Positive, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Understand the commercial impact of failing to deliver orders on time.
- Confident in planning within a manufacturing environment.
