Job Description

  • Operate the Pallet/Depalletizer area, ensuring safety, quality, and maximum efficiency, while minimizing filling losses, energy consumption, and raw material usage. Implement 5S, record production logs and checklists. Review the production diary and production plan. Inspect product quality and record findings in the diary. Log all operational parameters.
  • Implement ES policies to ensure personal behavior complies with safety requirements.
  • Comply with relevant environmental policies, including chemical management, wastewater and waste management, and environmental protection.
  • Comply with government food safety laws and other applicable laws and regulations; apply HACCP standards (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to eliminate quality incidents.
  • Perform checklists as required by SOP. Operate packaging equipment according to the production plan, delivering beer products that meet customer standards, adhering to 5S requirements, and completing tasks as per contract.
  • Responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining equipment.
  • Follow the CILT checklist and perform OTIF (On Time In Full) to ensure equipment is always in good condition.
  • Detect abnormalities and coordinate with the TS department to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Job Requirements

Education

  • College (or University) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.

Industry Experience

  • Experience working in a manufacturing plant (preferably in the food/beverage industry).
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in beer or soft drink factories.

Position Experience

  • 12 years of experience in a production operation role.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read and understand basic English (good communication skills will be an advantage).

Computer Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Attributes

  • Understanding of beer production technology.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards.
  • Good health, willing to work in shift schedules.
  • Calm, flexible, and highly adaptable when facing changes or incidents during shifts.
  • Careful, honest, and disciplined.
