Job Description

  • Provides forecast and capacity analysis to management.
  • Works on various projects and teams to improve quality, productivity, cost, and safety.
  • Macro assembly line balancing.
  • Resolves day to day production issues and problems.
  • Ensures effective employee relations.
  • Responsible for completing personal professional development plan
  • Builds the Master Shipping Schedule for the following two weeks
  • Performs other related jobs as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Mapics certification preferred.

Experience

  • 1-3 years in production planning roles.

Software Skills

  • MRP (Material Requirement Plan)/ERP software proficiency.

Knowledge

  • Product and process understanding.

Skills & Abilities

  • Planning and proactive approach.
