Owner

Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and performance of Long Khoi Furniture and Construction Co., Ltd. The Owner oversees day-to-day business operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and coordination between furniture and construction activities. This role includes building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The Owner manages key financial decisions, monitors budgets and cash flow, and identifies opportunities for business growth and operational improvement. The position also involves leading and mentoring staff, setting organizational goals, and fostering a collaborative and ethical work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership within furniture, construction, or related industries.
• Strong business operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Proven financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and secure new business.
• Leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices; familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Fluency in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is beneficial for working with diverse clients and partners.
