Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Owner will oversee ZUZU Hospitality's operations in the region, including building and fostering strong relationships with partners, managing business growth strategies, and driving operational excellence. The role also involves making strategic decisions, leading teams to achieve business objectives, and ensuring the business aligns with the company's overarching mission and goals. The Owner will act as the face of the organization in the market, connecting with stakeholders and representing the company with integrity and leadership.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution strategies
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and team management capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across different levels
  • Familiarity with technology-driven solutions and digital transformation in hospitality is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
