Founded in 2008, Access American Education (AAE) is an AIRC-certified leader in student recruitment fairs focused on North American education in the Vietnam market. AAE offers high-quality and innovative student recruitment fairs in Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and Ha Noi, designed to generate student enrollments for exhibiting institutions. AAE also provides comprehensive educational consulting services, assisting Vietnamese students with counseling and placement in U.S. high schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Study Specialist – USA Alumni based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Overseas Study Specialist will work directly with students to offer educational counseling services, facilitate student placements in U.S. educational institutions, and assist in organizing and participating in student recruitment fairs. This role involves providing guidance on applications, visas, and other necessary documentation, as well as maintaining relationships with educational institutions and ensuring a smooth transition for students.

• Experience in educational counseling and student placement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of U.S. educational institutions, application processes, and visa requirements
• Ability to organize and participate in educational fairs and events
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience working with Vietnamese students is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is beneficial
• U.S. alumni status is highly preferred
