Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Overseas Market Development Manager to expand our presence in international wastewater treatment and membrane markets. This role combines market intelligence, client development, technical solution coordination, and project execution, supporting long-term growth in key overseas regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across overseas water treatment and membrane markets; identify customer needs, project opportunities, and emerging trends
- Develop and execute overseas market promotion strategies aligned with company marketing objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct engagement, regular communication, and participation in international exhibitions and industry events
- Respond efficiently to customer requirements by coordinating internal technical, engineering, and service teams; support process design and solution development
- Manage the full business cycle, including commercial negotiations, contract execution, project delivery coordination, and receivables management
- Act as a trusted interface between clients and internal teams to ensure successful sales conversion and project implementation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields
- Fluent in English or relevant local languages as working languages
- Strong familiarity with water treatment and membrane markets in Southeast Asia, Pakistan, Indonesia, or similar regions is highly preferred
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, teamwork spirit, and ability to work in a multicultural environment
