Role Description

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, leading a motivated team, and driving both customer satisfaction and business performance. You will play a critical role in monitoring revenue, optimizing costs, and maintaining high operational standards.

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and inspire the outlet team to uphold brand values and performance standards
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B departments to craft unique and memorable dining experiences
• Manage inventory, control costs, and prepare staff schedules to optimize efficiency
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
• Monitor sales, track outlet performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within F&B or hospitality
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive service excellence
• Strong understanding of cost control, revenue tracking, and outlet profitability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Communication in English.
