Outbound Transportation Specialist

Job descriptions:

• Receive and process information for assigned outbound shipments.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation resources to support shipment operations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress with carriers and transportation partners.
• Handle urgent requests from internal departments and agents.
• Closely track high-volume orders and promptly address agent requests.
• Prepare and submit shipment progress reports, and carry out tasks as directed by management.
• Control transportation costs and verify carrier invoices and statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 35 years experience in logistics/transportation; outbound shipping preferred.
• Familiar with SAP or ERP systems (advantage).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple shipments under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime and travel as assigned.
• English proficiency is a plus.
