Role Description
We are looking for a structured, data-oriented SDR to operate and scale our outbound campaigns using Apollo and LinkedIn.
Your Responsibilities
Build and refine ICP-targeted prospect lists in Apollo
Launch and manage structured email sequences
Monitor deliverability and bounce rates
Categorise replies and manage CRM hygiene
Book qualified discovery calls directly into leadership calendars
Maintain campaign performance dashboards
Suggest improvements based on data
You will not be asked to cold call all day.
You will be building a structured outbound machine.

Writes clear, concise English
Thinks in systems and process
Is comfortable working with metrics and KPIs
Can work independently without constant supervision
Is interested in AI, healthcare, or technology strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly, ClickUp, and AI-assisted drafting tools is a plus (not mandatory).
