Job Description

Role Description:

  • The OS&E Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
  • The role is responsible for managing the overall delivery of OS&E procurement consultancy services for hospitality projects, including budgeting, procurement planning, tendering, supplier coordination, project scheduling, and reporting.
  • The OS&E Project Manager will work closely with clients, hotel operators, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements and brand standards.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or coordination of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment), FF&E, or hospitality-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality project lifecycle, including budgeting, specification reviews, tendering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and handover processes.
  • Proven experience managing multiple OS&E packages, suppliers, and project stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining project schedules and deliverables.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including supplier management, expediting, logistics coordination, quality control, and delivery tracking.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate between owners, operators, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working on luxury hotel, resort, serviced apartment, or mixed-use hospitality developments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for project meetings, supplier inspections, site coordination, installation supervision, and project handovers as required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
