Act as a subject-matter expert in Organization Development and People Framework, applying structured methodologies, market benchmarks, and analytical approaches to improve organizational effectiveness, capability, and talent outcomes across the business.
What you will do:
Organization Design & Effectiveness
- Apply established organization design frameworks to assess current structure, role clarity, spans & layers, and operating model effectiveness;
- Conduct organizational diagnostics using data, benchmarks, and proven OD methodologies to identify inefficiencies and capability gaps;
- Develop future-state organization design proposals with clear rationale on productivity, cost, and talent impact;
- Provide evidence-based recommendations using internal data, external market benchmarks, and best-practice frameworks.
Organizational Capability & Talent Development
- Define and maintain capability frameworks, competency models, and career architecture across functions and levels;
- Evaluate current workforce capability against business requirements using structured assessment approaches;
- Identify capability gaps and propose targeted development, mobility, or hiring solutions;
- Support the design of talent review, promotion, and succession frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness.
People Analytics & Methodology Application
- Use data and analytics to support organization and talent decisions (workforce data, performance data, promotion data, productivity indicators);
- Apply external benchmarks, industry practices, and consulting methodologies to validate internal decisions;
- Build tools, templates, and standards to ensure organization and people's decisions follow consistent principles;
- Ensure people processes are scalable, transparent, and aligned across different business units.
Internal Consulting & Stakeholder Support
- Provide expert consulting to leaders and managers on organization structure, role design, capability requirements, and talent decisions;
- Partner with business units to diagnose people-related issues using structured frameworks rather than ad-hoc judgment;
- Build professional credibility as a specialist in organization and talent topics;
- Support complex people decisions with clear logic, data, and benchmark references.
What you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in Organization Development / HR Consulting / People Analytics / Organization Effectiveness in medium-to-large organizations;
- Strong familiarity with OD frameworks, competency models, organization design principles, and talent architecture methodologies;
- Experience using data, benchmarks, and structured approaches to support organization and people decisions;
- Background in Technology, Consulting, or fast-scaling organizations is preferred;
- 3+ years of experience leading projects or managing team resources.
