Job Description
1. Organizational Development & Change Management
- Diagnose organizational needs through data analysis, assessments, and stakeholder interviews.
- Design and facilitate organizational change initiatives (e.g., restructuring, culture alignment, process optimization).
- Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and support materials.
- Monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
2. Workforce Analytics & OD Metrics
- Gather and analyze data related to workforce performance, turnover, engagement, and skill gaps.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to track progress on OD initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
3. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning
- Support organizational restructuring and role redesign to align with strategic goals.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and recommend capability optimization strategies.
- Develop competency frameworks, job architectures, and career path guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in OD, HR, or change management (adjust as needed).
- Strong knowledge of OD principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
