Job Purpose
The Senior OD Supervisor is responsible for driving Organizational Development initiatives that enhance leadership capability, performance culture, and employee engagement across the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing frameworks related to Performance Management, Leadership Feedback, 360 Feedback, Career Development Roadmaps, and Culture Engagement to support VFR Interior's sustainable growth and talent development strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Performance Management
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Performance Management framework, including KPI / OKR setting, performance review cycles, and calibration processes.
Coordinate with department leaders to ensure performance goals are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
Monitor the execution of performance review processes across departments and ensure timely completion and consistency.
Consolidate performance data and prepare reports to support performance analysis and decision-making.
Provide guidance employees on performance management processes and tools.
Support the HRBP Manager in identifying opportunities to enhance performance culture and organizational effectiveness.

Culture & Engagement
Support the implementation of initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement across the company.
Coordinate and administer employee engagement surveys, including data collection, analysis support, and reporting.
Assist in developing and tracking engagement action plans together with HR and department leaders.
Support the organization of programs and initiatives that reinforce company values and collaborative working culture.
Organizational Development Initiatives
Support the execution of OD initiatives and programs focused on leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and team development.
Work closely with HRBP Manager and business leaders to implement change initiatives and enhance workforce capability.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
