Working location: 46 Bich Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi
Primary Purpose
- Order Management: Being responsible for the whole Order Management Process between Distributors to LIXIL Vietnam. This procedure includes all processes from Supply Information Checking to Order to Cash to deliver product out to customer for both Retail & Project channels with no-mistake tolerance.
- Sales Planning: Track and analyze sales data to forecast sales
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Being responsible for Order Management for the Vietnam domestic market for all Brands across both Retail and Project Channels.
- Cooperate directly with Distributors to enter Sales Orders into SAP system.
- Ensure products are delivered successfully from Factory to Distributor/Sub-distributor by monitoring supply capacity and transportation bookings, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare order management reports as requested.
- Sales Planning:
- Track and analyze sales data to forecast sales plans
- Sales Support:
Being The Connector Between Sales & Factory
- Quickly check inventory/booking/delivery schedule.
- Provide CO, CQ as requested.
- Specific requests based on regional senior executive.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- 2-3 year working experience - Fluent excel/google sheet skill
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Experience in SAP
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written.
- Can-do attitude.
- Good at problem-solving with customer centric mindset.
- Smart working & High responsibility.
