Order Fulfillment Planner (Power Electronics Industry)

Location: Binh Duong

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to align order requirements with operational capabilities.
• Monitor order status, shipment progress, and delivery performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.
• Review customer orders and adjust shipment priorities based on business needs, inventory availability, and operational constraints.
• Maintain accurate shipment schedules and ensure timely communication of updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in planning and coordination meetings to support smooth execution of production and delivery plans.
• Analyze delivery performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Escalate critical issues impacting customer deliveries and support resolution activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Shipment Planning, Logistics Coordination, Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment, shipment planning, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
