Job Description

JD – ORDER EXECUTIVEKey Responsibilities
  • Receive and review order requirements from the Sales Department, verify relevant commercial, technical, delivery, and contractual information, and establish an execution plan for assigned POs/Contracts.
  • Manage and monitor the entire PO/Contract execution process, from order confirmation through delivery, completion of required documentation, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with Customers, Manufacturers/Suppliers, and relevant internal departments to monitor production progress, technical documentation, FAT/Inspection, shipping, and delivery; proactively follow up and resolve issues arising during order execution.
  • Review and ensure the completeness and compliance of goods, documents, and required records in accordance with the applicable PO/Contract requirements; coordinate with relevant parties to address discrepancies or non-conformities.
  • Coordinate logistics and import/export activities, including customs documentation, Forwarder coordination, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor delivery performance to ensure that goods are delivered in accordance with the required quantity, specifications, schedule, location, and applicable PO/Contract terms; coordinate with relevant parties to determine appropriate logistics arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate delivery and payment documentation, working closely with the Accounting and Sales Departments to monitor outstanding receivables and support payment collection through completion.
  • Maintain and regularly update PO/Contract records and related documentation throughout the order execution process, ensuring that information and supporting documents are properly controlled and traceable.
  • Proactively identify and report potential risks, delays, and issues, and propose appropriate solutions or corrective actions to keep order execution on schedule.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
  • College/University degree or above, preferably in International Business, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in import-export, logistics, order execution, or a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of import-export procedures and international trade, including relevant shipping and customs processes.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, suppliers, and relevant parties.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, and good coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and follow up on assigned orders until completion.
