Position: Service Support Associate - Order Entry Intern
Location: Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCMC)
Working Time: Mon – Fri (8h00 – 16h15)
1. Job Description:
a. Handle order processing
Verify information before entering orders into the system by product lines. Minimize the wrong orders while entering the system.
Recognize repeat errors and solving routine issues, problems, refer more complex issues to higher level.
Transfer full documents set to CS in lead time limit. Inform CS when order information is not clear/discrepancy.
b. Coordinate with other departments
Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
Collaborate within team & another team to clear order pending daily.
Support CS with paperwork or similar tasks, especially to print out orders on Saturday.
c. Checking and auditing
Control and manage order daily then pass to Production as schedule, make sure no missing order.
Manage and record timeline to receive and complete order.
2. Requirements:
College degree and above
0-1 years working experience
Good written, verbal and telephone skills in Vietnamese (English is preferred)
Good data entry and organizational skills
Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills
Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and function specific software
