The Optima Solutions Site Supervisor is a key customer-facing leader responsible for overseeing all PPG activities at one or more client sites.
This role ensures operational excellence while aligning closely with the Optima Solutions organization. This role report directly to the Southeast Asia Service Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage onsite technical service activities, including troubleshooting and supporting new project launches.
- Act as the primary liaison between the customer and PPG, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure the successful execution of new projects.
- Drive business growth and ensure long-term sustainability of service operations.
- Provide support across various industrial areas in Vietnam as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of technical service experience in coatings, with hands-on expertise in either Pre-treatment, E-coat, or Topcoat.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the automotive or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to coatings applications.
