Job Description:

-Conduct daily outbound telephone interviews (20–50 calls per day) with companies in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Brunei to collect and verify business information.

-Process daily data entry tasks and update information in the system based on customer requests.

-Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

-Support data collection, compilation, and preparation of business information reports, including basic financial analysis.

-Assist with tasks assigned by the Management Team.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or Data-related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong background in Finance or Data and excellent analytical/research skills are welcome.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong finance foundation and excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Good English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 700+).
  • Excellent telephone communication and interviewing skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, careful, and able to verify information accurately.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and committed to deadlines.
  • Flexible during peak seasons, including the ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet urgent deadlines and maintain service quality.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work effectively in a team environment.

Working Hours and Equipments:

  • Working hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5:30pm, working only on-site in the office.
  • Laptop and other tools are provided by the company.
