**JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support daily operation activities of the co-working space.
Respond to tenants and customers requests related to operations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service partners (cleaning, maintenance, facilities, etc.).
Manage operational checklists, update data, and prepare basic reports.
Assist in organizing events and handle other operational tasks as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS:
College/University graduate in a relevant field.
(Not compulsory if you have practical experience and the right operational mindset.)
English proficiency is an advantage (communication & writing).
Detail-oriented, responsible, strong teamwork skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team.
Capable of handling high workloads and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Customer-centric mindset, high sense of responsibility and discipline.
Creative and interested in event operation and customer service tasks.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
Systematic, organized working style with operations-focused thinking.
