About The Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-focused Operations Specialist to help us boost our operational activities and provide outstanding services to our clients and partners. In this role, you'll take on a variety of tasks, from managing client relations to overseeing product operations, all while striving to enhance our overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final quality checks and oversee the full product lifecycle
- Provide operational support to partners, ensuring high-quality execution and resolving data discrepancies
- Monitor ongoing account performance and manage complex schedules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the system
- Maintain precise analytical reports on product performance
- Coordinate with other teams to innovate and optimise cross-functional processes for enhanced automation and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
