Location: Nexus Building, 3A - 3B Ton Duc Thang, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh

Working time: Mon – Fri (9 AM – 6 PM)

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impact on seller growth by empowering them through knowledge transfer, training, and progress tracking, as well as collaborating with various cross-functional teams to help improve seller growth.

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Specialist who works directly with program owners to ensure the effective rollout of SMB merchant programs. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive SMB merchant growth launch plans to strengthen the program's exposure across internal teams and gain strong adoption from targeted merchants.

Role & responsibilities:

• Own the development and execution of end-to-end GTM operations for SMB acquisition, incubation, and growth programs to drive merchant adoption and participation, including communication documents, experiments, program configuration, and GTM performance tracking.
• Partner closely with cross-functional asset owners and policy owners to align on launch planning and ensure clear communication, alignment, and seamless launch implementation.
• Track GTM performance metrics, leveraging internal data support to evaluate effectiveness and identify GTM key drivers to optimize future launches.
• Build a strong understanding of Vietnam SMB merchants, including insights, pain-points, and opportunities, in order to build up a GTM playbook based on these inputs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, or launch coordination.
• Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaborations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Language:English (Proficiency both spoken & written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience driving merchant growth GTM programs.
• Experience with e-Commerce platforms or marketplace programs.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop or similar social commerce ecosystems.
• Background in merchant acquisition or seller growth initiatives.
• Understanding of Vietnam's SMB merchant landscape

• Salary: Up to 25 Mil Gross
