Analyze the full order flow across multiple touchpoints (First Mile, Last Mile, Sorting, Warehousing, Transport) to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and implement solutions to optimize productivity, cost efficiency, space utilization, lead time performance, and process standardization.
Develop and execute customer-focused initiatives that enhance service quality and delivery experience.
Customize operational solutions for specific areas or regions, addressing unique challenges and requirements.
Lead operational projects end-to-end: from scoping, solution design, and piloting, through to full implementation.
Establish performance monitoring and control mechanisms to track KPIs, ensure sustainability of solutions, and address deviations proactively.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, effectively communicating project outcomes, strategic recommendations, and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (First/Last Mile, Warehouse, Sorting, Transport, and Operational Excellence teams) to ensure smooth execution.
Support the Warehouse Manager in long-term planning and operational strategy development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, project management, solution design, or logistics.
Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering solutions from concept to execution.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (preferred).
Solid understanding of logistics/fulfillment operations, including warehousing, last mile, and transport flows.
Solution-oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both cross-functional teams and senior management, in English and Vietnamese.
