Job Purpose

• Evaluate all insurance transactions according to Operation Manual, to be ensure all transactions that made by GA and branch office performs uniformly with the procedures, regulations and principles of Prudential Vietnam Assurance (PVA)

• Set up processes, quality standards and monitor according to principles set out

Job Responsibilities

• Performing professional assessment of insurance transactions/activities of Operations business teams within assigned scope to ensure the processes are carried out uniformly and accurately according to the process

• Build up quality control criteria for Operations (OP) business teams

• Perform assessment of the principle for checking insurance transactions of OP's business teams such as NBUW, PS, Claim, Care, Complaint Handling, Call Center…

• Analysis data and complete quality assurance reports of OP's business teams periodically

• Identify, work and coordinate with OP's business teams (or relevant stakeholders if needed) to set up quality control criteria for key processes of teams

• Proposing ideas that can mitigate & prevent risk through key processes of OP sections after review

• Provide suggestions and creative ideas for management to consider updating existing processes for more rigorous and reasonable.

• Visiting (online or onsite) and checking the implementation of insurance transactions at PVA's offices.

• Evaluate violations of GA staffs and OP business teams staff. Monitoring and closely coordinate with OP's business teams to correct mistake

• Perform and complete other assigned tasks upon request

Job Accountability /

• Ensure all operation processes at GA, Branch and OP's business teams will comply with standard of Prudential Vietnam Assurance

• Reduce and prevent risk through the implementation operation tasks of GA at counter, through key processes of OP's business teams

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu:

1. Qualification: University Graduation, especially major in Finance, Banking, Accounting & Auditing is preferred

2. Experience:

+ At least 5 years working in Operational Risk, Internal Audit or Quality Assurance (QA) at Manager roles

+ Having working experience in Life Insurance's operation & system is preferred

3. Knowledge: Life Insurance, Risk Management Internal Audit

4. Skills/ Kỹ năng:

+ Strong Communication skills are essential.

+ Proficiency in using MS Office Excel, Power Point… and possessing good English skills (Listening, Speaking, Read & Writing)

+ Good Data Analysis & Reporting skill

+ Good follow up skill

5. Able to work independently and under high pressure working environment

6. Periodically site-check for operations tasks at PVA's Offices

7. Have a passion for work & high teamwork spirit

8. Good time management skills

9. Careful & detailed manner
