ABOUT JOB:
Artelia is seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Design Hub Operations Manager to support the growth and operational excellence of our Global Design Services team, with a focus on Data Center and Industrial projects.
This role acts as the key coordination point between global stakeholders, project delivery teams, functional managers, and support functions to ensure efficient resource utilization, effective communication, operational governance, and continuous improvement across the Design Hub.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in connecting people, processes, and business objectives, ensuring that challenges, opportunities, and performance insights are visible, tracked, and addressed in a structured manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design Hub Operations & Governance
- Coordinate weekly operational reviews with global stakeholders and business leaders.
- Facilitate governance meetings and ensure effective follow-up of key actions.
- Monitor and track operational issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Maintain action logs and drive accountability across teams.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes and governance frameworks.
Resource Planning & Workforce Management
- Work closely with discipline managers and project leaders to forecast resource demand and capacity.
- Support workforce planning and staffing strategies across Data Center and Industrial project portfolios.
- Monitor resource utilization and provide recommendations to optimize deployment.
- Identify resource gaps and coordinate timely mitigation plans.
Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to track hiring needs and recruitment progress.
- Consolidate hiring priorities and staffing forecasts.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines against business demands.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to support successful integration of new employees into the Design Hub.
Stakeholder Communication & Feedback Management
- Act as a central point for collecting, consolidating, and communicating feedback from project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure positive feedback, concerns, improvement opportunities, and recurring issues are captured and escalated appropriately.
- Facilitate effective communication between local teams and global leadership.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across offices and regions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports.
- Track key metrics including:
- Resource utilization
- Headcount growth
- Recruitment status
- Delivery performance
- Productivity indicators
- Employee onboarding progress
- Provide regular reports and insights to management teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Support implementation of best practices across the Global Design Hub.
- Drive initiatives that improve communication, governance, and delivery effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in: Operations Management/ PMO/ Project Controls/ Resource Management/ Delivery Coordination/ Business Operations
- Experience within one of the following industries is preferred: Engineering Consultancy/ Architecture & Design/ Construction/ Data Center Development/ Industrial Projects Shared Service / Global Delivery Centers
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in resource planning and workforce management.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and project reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluent English communication.
