Responsibilities
- Serve as the single-threaded operational leader for a Google Pixel product program, managing overall factory operations, schedule, and ramp execution.
- Lead cross-functional operations teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Logistics) to align line allocation, materials, and equipment readiness.
- Manage overall operational schedule, factory capacity allocation, manufacturing cost targets, and mass production ramp plans.
- Act as primary liaison with Contract Manufacturers (CM) to monitor daily output, operational yields, line efficiency, and clear operational bottlenecks.
- Report operational progress, risk profiles, budget status, and ramp readiness directly to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as an Operations Program Manager (OPM), Supply Chain Program Manager, or Factory Operations Leader in consumer hardware.
- Proven experience directing Tier-1 Contract Manufacturer (CM) operations and managing high-volume product launches.
- Deep expertise in supply chain dynamics, operational cost modeling, capacity planning, and program risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, executive presentation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
