Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing team performance, streamlining operational processes, coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining quality standards, handling budgets, and developing strategies for enhancing operational efficiencies. The role will require a focus on customer service excellence and working closely with staff to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
