Job Description

Job overview and responsibility

- Partner with the CEO and senior managers to translate company strategy into clear quarterly priorities, measurable outcomes, and a disciplined execution cadence across Vietnam and Singapore.

- Orchestrate cross functional execution across Vietnam and Singapore by aligning priorities, owners, timelines, and dependencies across teams, then running a clear operating cadence that tracks KPIs, surfaces blockers early, drives fast tradeoff decisions, and escalates risks with context plus actionable options.

- Build and continuously improve NYB's operating system: SOPs, approval flows, documentation standards, vendor governance, procurement, office operations, logistics, information management, access hygiene. Ensure operational clarity as the company scales.

- Run the company support stack end to end across the business lifecycle: pipeline and CRM hygiene, sales paperwork flow, marketing execution coordination, customer onboarding and delivery coordination, people operations logistics, contract and compliance administration, finance hygiene across expenses, payments, invoicing, reporting support.

- Protect operational integrity. Ensure policies are followed. Maintain audit ready documentation. Strengthen compliance habits appropriate for a biotech AI business.

Required skills and experiences

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, HR, Legal Studies, or a related field.

- 7 plus years experience in business operations, program management, chief of staff support, or operations leadership in fast paced environments. Startup experience in biotech, AI, or tech services preferred.

- Proven ability to run cross functional execution across commercial and technical teams, with strong stakeholder management and disciplined follow up.

- Strong operations toolkit across budgeting, expense control, vendor management, procurement, reporting hygiene, and familiarity with contract workflows NDA, MSA, SOW, invoicing readiness.

- Strong writing and documentation discipline. Ability to build SOPs, approval flows, KPI trackers, decision logs, operating reviews.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.

- High ownership mindset with strong prioritization under ambiguity. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, task management tools, CRM systems. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
