Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Has strong operational skills in order to see that processes are well structured and optimized given limited resources.
  • Has ability to generate strong analytical and data-driven insights for proof of concepts for projects as well as post-implementation assessment
  • Develop and implement promotion mechanics and features to increase user growth, trip conversion, and retain customer loyalty.
  • Resolve incidents and issues related to systems and products (applications);
  • Coordinate with the other relevant departments to deploy departmental projects;
  • Receive system/application functionality needs for development/enhancement from the Business Department, and develop solutions for operational issues.
  • Design engagement strategies to communicate new feature releases and ensure successful implementation.
  • Build automation scripts/scenarios to optimize productivity and improve work efficiency;
  • Has strong leadership skills- Deep understanding of metrics that drive operational excellence on our platform
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to help bridge relationships and tasks across functions and teams, both laterally and vertically
  • Perform other assigned tasks or provide advice as directed by the head manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • Excellent excel skills, SQL and Python/R knowledge are preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile and adaptable to changes.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and process oriented; ability to problem-solve
  • Experience in managing teams including supervising, training, motivating, coaching, having difficult conversation and inspiring.
  • Ability to deal with people from all levels professionally
  • Good time management, organizing, delegating skills.
  • Good in reporting and analyzing data.
