Your Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
  • Build team culture, define internal policies and career paths
  • Manage timekeeping, performance reviews, and employee documentation

Administration

  • Handle day-to-day office operations, procurement, vendor management
  • Support workspace organization and team logistics
  • Manage and maintain company's assets

Finance & Accounting Coordination

  • Coordinate with external accounting partners on payroll, invoices, and financial reports
  • Track internal expenses and support budgeting/planning
  • Analyze and evaluate financial indicators to make timely adjustments.
  • Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource utilization.

You Should Have

  • 5 years of experience in Operations / HR / Admin / Office Management
  • Background working in start-ups, IT outsourcing, or service companies preferred
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail
  • Proactive, hard-working, result-driven, and solution-oriented
  • High ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from zero
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace
  • Knowledge or passion for games, or tech outsourcing
