Your Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
- Build team culture, define internal policies and career paths
- Manage timekeeping, performance reviews, and employee documentation
Administration
- Handle day-to-day office operations, procurement, vendor management
- Support workspace organization and team logistics
- Manage and maintain company's assets
Finance & Accounting Coordination
- Coordinate with external accounting partners on payroll, invoices, and financial reports
- Track internal expenses and support budgeting/planning
- Analyze and evaluate financial indicators to make timely adjustments.
- Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource utilization.
You Should Have
- 5 years of experience in Operations / HR / Admin / Office Management
- Background working in start-ups, IT outsourcing, or service companies preferred
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail
- Proactive, hard-working, result-driven, and solution-oriented
- High ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from zero
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace
- Knowledge or passion for games, or tech outsourcing
