Key Responsibilities
Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations, cost factors and customer specifications.
Direct various functions to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment.
Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, engineering and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or operation problems.
Develops and implements efficient and cost effective work methods and operating procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
Maintain effective communications within the manufacturing cell and with other functional departments, including customers and suppliers.
Ensure a safe and productive working environment at all time
Drive continuous improvement by using LEAN principles
Worked with sales and product marketing for any new product launch and product quality improvement
Motivates, energizes and coach a team to have strong accountability to execute plan effectively
Effectively develop and execute operation plan to support sales team and hence grow sales and volume
Evolve engineering and other operation capabilities to keep up with market needs to provide differentiated value for our customers

Requisite Criteria
University Degree in any discipline
Must have at least 10 years experience working in a multinational company with minimum 5 years in a similar position.
