OPERATIONS MANAGER

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, and QC processes to optimize stock levels and sell-through across wholesale and e-commerce channels. Oversee sale order execution, delivery scheduling, and inbound/outbound logistics. Lead customs clearance, freight cost optimization, and import documentation. Direct Aftersales service including warranty policy, spare parts sourcing, technician team management, and service reporting.

Report to: General Director

Salary: Negotiation

Working time: Mon Friday ( 9 am 18 pm)

Job Description

  • Manage 3PL operations including inbound/outbound logistics, stock classification, and multi-channel fulfillment
  • Lead physical stock checks and generate weekly/monthly inventory and defect reports
  • Design and improve QC processes for inbound, outbound shipments and re-inbound coordination
  • Execute sale orders, verify stock availability, and schedule deliveries and maintain accurate warehouse system data
  • Arrange shipment/ freight and customs documentation, ensuring cost-effective logistics and reduce lead times
  • Liaise with customs agents to resolve import issues
  • Oversee aftersales service across locations, including warranty policy and spare parts management
  • Direct technician team and improve stock status for return or defective items
  • Produce monthly service expense reports and manage local spare part procurement
  • Coordinate warehouse materials and general admin tasks (contracts, insurance, payments)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, 5 years experience in managerial level
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or production processes depending on the industry
  • Ability to analyze data and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software and technology tools used in operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
