Operations Manager:
Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of the operations of a plant which of Vietnam.
- Develop and implement effective Operation strategies and Site organisations to meet corporate goals and lead the operations team to strive for long term manufacturing competitiveness.
- Take full responsibilities for manufacturing quality, on time delivery, cost management and other key performance targets.
- Responsible for the operational performance, Engineering, HR, and administrative performance of the site.
- Review the metrics regularly to make sure the targets are met and improvement is sustained.
- Collaborate with other sites to achieve optimal operational performance for the whole company.
- Report to the VP of Operations directly.
- Lead quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years experience in electronic / plastic manufacturing process and be familiar with western working environment.
- Be familiar with SMT process.
- Strong leadership with good people & organization development capabilities in terms of coaching and performance management.
- Experience at leading and managing manufacturing site operation teams and technical personnel, staffing, reviews and goal setting.
- Good command of Putonghua and English is a must.
- Ability to work and communicate with different levels within the organization structure.
