Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of tours and travel services, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and efficient coordination of resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily tour operations (transport, guides, accommodations, activities)
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations
• Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost control
• Supervise operations staff, guides, and coordinators
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management
• 4–7+ years in tourism operations or travel management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solving
• Familiarity with booking systems and logistics planning
