Job Description : Operations Intern (Supply Chain & Inventory Operations)
About The Role
As an Operations Intern Supply Chain & Inventory Operations, you will support critical day-to-day operations that ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment across e-commerce channels.
This role provides hands-on exposure to purchase order management, inbound and outbound operations, and inventory synchronization, giving interns a practical understanding of how operational accuracy directly impacts sales continuity, cost control, and customer experience at scale.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and maintenance of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely and accurate procurement planning
- Track inbound shipment progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time inventory receiving
- Support the processing and reconciliation of offline orders, ensuring data consistency across systems
- Monitor outbound fulfillment performance and track SLA compliance for order dispatch and delivery
- Assist in inventory synchronization across systems to maintain data accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies
- Prepare operational tracking reports to support daily and weekly performance monitoring
- Escalate inventory or fulfillment risks such as delays, mismatches, or system inconsistencies with clear documentation

Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Data, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- Willingness to work with operational data and repetitive workflows
- Proactive mindset and ability to follow processes with high accuracy
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
