Salary: 11,000,000 - 13,700,000 VND (gross)

Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hour: Mon to Fri | 9 AM - 6 PM

Contract: 12 months (renewable) | signed with Adecco

Adecco's client - a leading Southeast Asian technology platform is looking for potential candidates to fill in the Product Operations Executive.

2. Get to know the Role

This role focuses on operational execution, campaign optimization, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring financial products are delivered efficiently while improving internal processes.

3. The day-to-day activities

• Execute and optimize in-app marketing campaigns for financial products
• Manage and track performance across in-app and base marketing platforms
• Analyze campaign results and user journeys to improve effectiveness
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with internal teams and fintech partners on product distribution
• Assist with operational and inventory coordination
• Handle periodic customer inquiries related to financial products

4. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in lending products, financial operations, or marketing operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
