Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and stability of operational activities in overseas markets, ensuring smooth coordination between international teams and internal departments.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, helping maintain stable and efficient operations across markets.
- Support customers by addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and communicating market needs to the product team to improve product-market fit.
- Participate in meetings with potential clients and partners to introduce our products and understand their business needs when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational processes are aligned with market requirements and company goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with good and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Prior knowledge about Meta messaging products (especially WhatsApp) is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: 10,000,000 12,000,000 VND/month
