About the Role
We are hiring an Operations Executive to help coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers on the SENLA platform.
In this role, you will work directly with logistics partners to run shipments, improve workflows, and support onboarding customers onto SENLA's operating system.
You will work closely with the founder, head of BD and product team to help turn daily operations into structured playbooks and platform features.
Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination (Primary Responsibility)
Communicate with carriers and shippers
Support dispatch coordination
Track shipment status
Ensure documentation completion (BOL, POD)
Support issue resolution when exceptions happen
2. Be the first operator: run the processes yourself before building a team.
Operations Playbooks
Document workflows
Identify operational bottlenecks
Support standardization of processes
Help maintain internal operating checklists
2. After defining the processes, work with the tech team to standardize and automate them to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

What it will look like
We are a small team, and there is no existing operations team. You will work directly on real shipments every day. You will directly work on shipments, set up processes and work together with the founder to automate these on the platform.
