About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Executive to help coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers on the SENLA platform.

In this role, you will work directly with logistics partners to run shipments, improve workflows, and support onboarding customers onto SENLA's operating system.

You will work closely with the founder, head of BD and product team to help turn daily operations into structured playbooks and platform features.

Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination (Primary Responsibility)

1. Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery:

Communicate with carriers and shippers

Support dispatch coordination

Track shipment status

Ensure documentation completion (BOL, POD)

Support issue resolution when exceptions happen

2. Be the first operator: run the processes yourself before building a team.

Operations Playbooks

1. Help improve how SENLA runs shipments:

Document workflows

Identify operational bottlenecks

Support standardization of processes

Help maintain internal operating checklists

2. After defining the processes, work with the tech team to standardize and automate them to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Customer & Market Feedback Loop

• Work with carriers and shippers to
• Onboard them to SENLA workflows
• Guide them in using the platform
• Collect feedback from daily operations
• Support rollout of new features

Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese, good English working communication. 
• 1–4 years experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or dispatch coordination
• Comfortable working with carriers and customers on daily basis
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Has built or run operations in an environment without existing processes.
• Nice to have: Exposure to cold-chain and/or freight marketplaces

What it will look like

We are a small team, and there is no existing operations team. You will work directly on real shipments every day.  You will directly work on shipments, set up processes and work together with the founder to automate these on the platform.
