Gohub is a travel eSIM company focused on Vietnam and APAC travelers. We are building an integrated web/app platform to help global users connect to the internet anywhere in the world using our wide range of eSIM products (a $40B market globally). eSIM is disrupting the traditional telecom industry and we have been early in this race since 2018. We launched our first eSIM products in 2023, raised USD 500,000 in seed funding, launched the first version of the Gohub eSIM app in October and on track to scale 4x in revenue to $US 4M this year.

Position: Operations Executive

Department: Operation

Location: Gohub HCM Office

• HCM: 3/19 Nguyn Thi Sn, Hnh Thng Ward, HCM

• Manage and deliver SIM/ESIM orders from all sales channels
• Follow up order status and work with customers, related departments and logistics partners to resolve any order issues.
• Operate internal systems and ensure users can use stable
• Execute tasks assigned by direct manager

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or business administration
• Familiar with order management, or other systems like this is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in shifts
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
