Where you will work

We are Acumen, the education brand of Sannam S4 Group - a fast-growing education and market entry consulting firm. We provide high-quality consulting and support services to international education clients globally, including the provision of in-country representatives to support our clients. Our business in South East Asia is expanding rapidly, with staff across 5 locations, including Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

This role combines operation support with admissions responsibilities - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service to students and stakeholders alike.

What you will do as an Admissions cum Operation Executive

Your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Operation Support (80%)
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to Acumen's staff/ Client, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Manage POSM production: source vendors, obtain quotes, support design, and oversee merchandise stock and payments.
  • Coordinate merchandise/gift preparation and shipments for fairs, events, and agent distributions, including overseeing international shipments and customs procedures.
  • Support event logistics: venue sourcing, contract processing, event setup, and on-the-day operations.
  • Organize travel arrangements for clients and internal staff, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
  • Other office admin tasks as assigned such as payment, stationery, etc.
  1. Admission (20%):
  • Deliver a project-based high-quality admissions support on behalf of Acumen's partner universities.
  • Guide applicants through admissions processes, ensuring adherence to policies and protocols.
  • Conduct initial checks on applications (entry requirements, data validation) and escalate complex cases.
  • Assist with fee assessments, background checks, and preparation of immigration documents.
  • Maintain accurate records on Acumen's CRM and partner university systems.
  • Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and external regulations.

What you bring to the team

  • Fresh graduate or less than 01 year of experience
  • Working experience in international education recruitment and/or administrative operations roles is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to both customer-facing and back-office tasks.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible, capable of seamlessly switching between operational logistics and detail-oriented admissions procedures.
  • Ability to work with personnel from all levels
  • Demonstrates potential to effectively handle varied responsibilities, from operational support to meticulous admissions tasks.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Proactive, attention to detail, careful
  • Ready to learn and build career skills!
