About the Role:
This position is responsible for the factory planning/operation management of Shark Ninja Contracted OEMs across the APAC region and based in Vietnam Office. The role is focused on the optimization of factory's daily operation execution, problem solving, and developing OEM operations capability to ensure that complex, high-mix products are delivered to world-class standards and meeting the KPI which do not limit to any process improvement, preventative tool , training and new methodology to create a continually improvement at OEM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Partner Engagement:
- Direct Operations: Manage dedicated OEM operations in required region.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain good relationships with partner organizations. Serve as SN primary contact for operational execution, escalation, and issue resolution.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams within SN and with external partners to ensure seamless delivery aligned with business needs.
2. Operational Excellence, Initiative & KPI Management:
- Performance Oversight: Oversee end-to-end factory performance, focusing on ramping up production volume, stabilizing the output to meet the request.
- KPI Definition: Define and manage day to day operational KPIs, including CRD compliance, OEE, PPA, Lead time and others required.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop a culture of continuous improvement using world-class methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri) to reduce waste and optimize processes.
- Problem Solving: Strong in problem solving with result driven.
3. Risk, Assessment & Factory Management:
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks arising from production/materials/labors.
- Doing Assessment or audit to identify the gap of NPD to ensure OEM making rectification & Follow Up.
- Crisis Response: Lead the operational response for critical escalations, escalation if needed.
- Analytical skills: Proficient using tools to review and analysis based on big data.
- Communication skills: Able to speak effectively at different levels of people in manufacturing.
4. Training & Workshop (Lesson Learnt):
- Training - To act as consultant to lead training which is relevant to OEM growth.
- Workshop - To call up any necessary workshop between X-function or X-OEM to deliver lesson sharing.

You are Expected:
- 10+ years Production, Materials planning, Quality, Operations but Supply Chain experience is a must.
- A versatile background in manufacturing or supply chain in SC consulting is highest preferred.
- Must be bilingual (Mandarin & English)
- Good understanding of manufacturing methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt certified) and DFX (Design for Excellence).
- Can work under ambiguity, high pressure and less supervision.
- Bilingual (Mandarin & English) speaking & familiar with Chinese supplier environments.
- Proven experience managing/coordinating both OEM and internal functional team.
- Expatriate is welcome
- Experience of household appliances is preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Be flexible for domestic and international travel in short notice.
