At Alumnify, we partner with universities to improve international student recruitment through mobilising global networks of trained alumni.

We're a lean, high-accountability team focused on delivering strong results for our university partners. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help strengthen the operational foundations of the business.

We're looking for an Operations & Delivery Manager to take ownership of campaign delivery, alumni performance, and operational standards across multiple markets.

This is not a coordination role. This is an operational leadership role.

What success looks like

• Campaigns launch smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes
• Alumni are well-managed, high-performing and accountable
• Reporting is accurate and trusted by university partners
• Systems and processes are structured, scalable and controlled
• Operational risks are identified early not after the fact

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across nurture and conversion projects
• Manage and develop our global alumni network
• Oversee data integrity, platform usage, and reporting accuracy
• Drive operational improvements across systems (Airtable / Softr)
• Identify performance gaps and implement structured solutions
• Support client relationship management

You'll likely have

• 5+ years in operations, delivery, or project management
• Experience managing distributed teams or contractor networks
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with data
• Confidence owning outcomes not just tasks
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A UK degree or experience studying overseas (strongly preferred)
• Experience in education, recruitment, or international markets (preferred)
