Role Description

Hio Care is seeking a dedicated Operations Center Manager for a full-time role based in Ho Chi Minh City. The individual will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Daycare Service Center, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high service quality, and coordinating across teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include managing a team of operations staff, analyzing operational data, improving processes, and resolving issues promptly. The incumbent will also work closely with senior leadership to strategize and execute operational goals in alignment with the company's mission.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Team Leadership skills
• Minimum 3 years

experience in caring center.

• Strong Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
• Experience with Customer Service Management and Relationship Building
• Familiarity with Digital Tools and AI-Driven Platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant experience in healthcare or technology fields is advantageous
