Position Summary

We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Tech Admin / Tech Assistant to support our technology team. In this role, you'll help keep projects organized, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Maintain records of tasks, documentation, and project files.
• Prepare regular reports on team activities, project progress, and key metrics.

Administrative Support:

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for team discussions and project reviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new tech staff (equipment setup coordination, access requests, etc.).

Communication Support:

• Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries to the tech team.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Prior experience in an administrative, project coordination, or assistant role (experience supporting a tech team is a plus)
