This role combines analytical expertise, data visualization, and process optimization to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support business performance initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and experienced in BI tools and operational analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business performance data from data warehouse and MS 365 Dynamic
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support leadership and cross-functional teams.
Process Optimization
- Recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
- Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives and measure the impact of changes.
Business Intelligence & Data Management
- Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Define requirements for new data pipelines, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, KPIs, analytical models, and reporting processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with operations, finance, marketing, supply chain, and other teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling formats.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics (depending on seniority level).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets.
- Experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling).
- Understanding of databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (nice to have).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
