Role Description
- Support operation work:Plan and organize in-app events, track system activities and metrics, and report system metrics
- Responsible for providing assistance with various tasks such as translation and administrative support.
- Support the implementation of work in the company as requested by the director.
- Communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking team members, assisting in meetings and conferences, and performing general administrative duties.
- Translate documents(Chinese - Vietnamese)
- Support other tasks from superiors and country management
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese/English
- Work experience: 1-2 years or fresh graduate.
- Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience or knowledge of the social media industry is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
