Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lead asset performance optimization initiatives across operating renewable energy projects.
Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs including availability, performance ratio, energy yield, and downtime.
Identify underperformance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Drive optimization of O&M strategies, preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Review, standardize, and enhance O&M processes, procedures, and best practices.
Lead the development and implementation of SOPs aligned with international standards.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to site-based O&M teams and contractors.
Support project handover from construction to operations.
Champion HSE excellence and foster a strong safety culture across all sites
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international HSE standards.
Lead or support HSE audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and risk management.
Ensure operational compliance with applicable international standards (IEC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Oversee internal and external audits related to operations, quality, and HSE.
Ensure technical and contractual compliance with OEM and O&M agreements.
Provide oversight and hands-on expertise across:
- Rooftop Solar PV
- Utility-scale Ground-mounted Solar
- Wind Energy projects (preferred)
Prepare and present operational and HSE performance reports to management.
Coordinate with Asset Management, Engineering, HSE, and Commercial teams.
Liaise with OEMs, O&M contractors, and external service providers.
Communicate effectively with regional and international stakeholders in English.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Must have 8–12 years of experience in renewable energy operations, O&M, or asset performance.
Strong hands-on experience with solar and wind projects.
Solid knowledge of international standards and HSE best practices.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams or contractors.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
