Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW;

Cobi Work is looking for proactive and customer-oriented Operation Staff to support the smooth daily operations of our co-working space and business center. This position plays an important role in delivering a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for tenants, members, and visitors.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling operational tasks, customer service, event support, and cross-functional coordination effectively. We are seeking individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, operational mindset, and customer-centric attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Support the daily operations of the co-working space and business center

·        Handle operational requests from tenants, members, and visitors

·        Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and facility management teams

·        Manage operational checklists, update data, and prepare basic operational reports

·        Support event setup, community activities, and on-site operations

·        Maintain a professional and pleasant working environment

·        Professionally respond to and resolve customer inquiries and operational issues

·        Support other operation-related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Graduated from a college or university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields

·        Minimum 1 year of experience as a Building/Apartment Receptionist or in relevant operational/customer service roles

·        Experience in operations, customer service, co-working spaces, hospitality, or event support is preferred

·        Project Management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a plus

·        Good command of spoken and written English is preferred

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized

·        Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

·        Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

·        Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership

·        Creative mindset with interest in event operations and community engagement

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

·        Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Canva is preferred

·        Flexible and adaptable personality

·        Candidates with strong operational mindset and practical experience are welcome regardless of major or academic background

SALARY: Mininum 14.000.000 GROSS

OTHER INFOMATION:

·      Time to work:

Rotational working shifts:

- Shift A: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- Shift B: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

- Saturday morning support shift (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM) will be rotated among team members

- 5.5 working days/week

·      Be available on-site during events or as requested by the Management Team to ensure smooth and successful event operations.
