We help our client that looking for iGaming Operation Specialist, working onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Description
- Handle daily player inquiries and follow up on abnormal issues.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to provide accurate insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of games or platforms and identify the main factors impacting revenue.
- Manage new game launches, content updates, and operational event planning; conduct testing of product updates.
- Support system risk management, assess risk models, and help prevent cheating or fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular market research reports and competitor analysis to improve user experience.
- Monitor revenue performance, identify and resolve operational anomalies, analyze data fluctuations, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle and track user issues on the platform, propose solutions, and report findings to management.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in game operations or a related role, with familiarity in analyzing key metrics (participation rate, conversion rate, ROI).
- Experience in B2C operations is required.
- Strong communication and logical thinking skills, high service orientation, and excellent emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Flexible and proactive in addressing player concerns and requests.
- Experience managing or operating social media communities or gaming communities is a strong advantage.
